Ingredients:
Rice flour - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Water - 4 cups |

METHOD
- Heat 4 cups of water in a vessel and bring it to boil.
- To this add 2 cups of rice flour and salt mix well so that it becomes thick dough.
- (Using this flour in a sieve), squeeze into the form of long threads on a idli plate and steam it in a large vessel or a pressure cooker.
