Ingredients:
Idli - 10 nos
Oil - 50 ml
Mustard for seasoning
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Bengal gram dhal - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 nos chopped
Tomato - 2 nos chopped
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Make the idli in to pieces.
- Pour oil in a pan and season with the mustard seed, then add the dhals and fry it till golden brown color.
- Add the chopped onions and fry till it turn brown then add chopped tomatoes, and fry it till the raw smell goes.
- Then add the idli pieces, chilli powder, salt and some oil.
- And cook it for 5 - 7 mins.
