Ingredients:
Idlis - 10
Oil - 3 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 3 finely chopped
Onion (big) - 2 finely chopped
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp |

METHOD
- Cut the steamed idli into small pieces.
- Chop onion and chilli into small pieces
- Heat oil and add the mustard seeds, dhals. Fry till they turn golden in color. Add onion and chilli and saute.
- Add idli crumbs and mix gently for a few seconds.
- Serve hot.
