Ingredients:
Oil - for frying
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Jeera - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Ginger - 1" grated
Urad dhal - 2 tsp
Bengal gram - 2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2 (finely chopped)
Pepper - 2 tbsp powdered |

METHOD
- Pour oil in to frying pan season it with mustard seeds, jeera, urad dhal, Bengal gram, asafoetida, pepper, green chillies, ginger in oil.
- Mix the fried items in to the idli batter and mix it.
- Take small steel cups and pour 1 tsp ghee or oil into it and pour the prepared idli batter
into the cup.
- Then make idlis in the idli steamer.
- Steam the idlis on high for 10 minutes.
