Ingredients:
Idli Batter - 500 ml
Onions - 4 nos Chopped
Green Chilly - 4 pcs Chopped
Ginger - 1" Chopped
Oil as required
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Mix idli batter, chopped onion, chopped chilly and stir well.
- Spread 1/4 of oil in to the holes, and 3/4 of with the idli batter.
- When it turns to golden brown color, turn the other side and cook well.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
