Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1 tablespoon
Green chillies - 4-5 chopped
Ginger - 1/2 inch (1 cm)
Gram dhal - 1 tablespoon
Peas 1/4 th cup
Rava - 3 cups
Sour curds - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Coconut - 1 tbsp grated
Coriander leaves

METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dhal and when mustard splutters, add the green chilli, ginger, gram dhal and peas.
- Fry well, add the rava and roast for 5 mins and allow it to cool.
- Mix in the beaten curds, water, salt, coconut and the coriander leaves.
- Pour into greased idli moulds and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot with Coconut or Onion Chutney.
