Ingredients:
Rava - 2 cups
Oil - 5 tsp
Mustard - for seasoning
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 1 tsp
Green chilles - 4 chopped
Ginger 1" grated
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves a few
Tomatoes – 2 nos chopped
Onions – 1 nos chopped
Peas - 1/2 cup
Cashew - 5 nos
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2 tsp |

METHOD
- Fry mustard, urad dhal, channa dhal, green chilles, ginger, curry leaves, and onions in oil.
- When onions turn light brown, add turmeric, salt, chopped tomatoes, and peas, and cook for a few minutes.
- Now add 400 ml of water to the above, and let it boil for a few minutes.
- Add 2 tsps of ghee.
- Add rava, and keep stirring until the rava gets cooked.
- Roast cashews in little ghee and add it to the above.
