Ingredients:
Rava - 200 gms
Oil - 5 tsp
Vegetables - 1 cup (Carrot, Beans, Potato, Peas)
Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 tsp
Green Chilly - 4 pcs (Chopped)
Grated Ginger - 1/2 inch
Onion - 2nos (Chopped)
Coriander leaves
Water - 500 ml
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Heat the rava till it becomes mild brown.
- Heat the oil and fry the mustard seed.
- Add chopped, chilly, ginger onion and coriander leaves to it and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables and fry it for 5 minutes
- Add 500 ml of water and boil.
- Add rava to the boiling water little by little stirring the water properly.
- Cook until it is soft and thick.
