Ingredients:
Amla - 20 nos <br />
Mustard Seeds - 2 tsp<br />
Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp<br />
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp<br />
Salt to taste<br />
Oil - 50 ml <br />
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp |

METHOD
- Wash amla in water and wipe it in a clean cloth.
- Cut into small pieces along the lines in the amla.
- Dry fry Fenugreek seed and grind them into powder.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds allow it to splutter and add turmeric powder.
- Add the amla pieces, salt and cook amla in the oil.
- Now add chilli powder and cook for few minutes. Remove the pan from the fire.
- Now add the fenugreek powder mix well.
