Ingredients:
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Green or Red Chillies - 2 (chopped)
Garlic - 1 clove
Water as needed
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig |

METHOD
- Grind the ingredients except seasoning items.
- Heat the oil and when it is hot, add the mustard seeds and urad dhal, when the seeds, finishes spluttering, add the curry leaves.
- Quickly stir the mustard seed mixture into the grinded mixture.
- Serve it with hot Idlis, Dosas, Upma, Vadas etc.
