Ingredients:
Coriander - 2 cups (chopped)
Channa dhal - 2 tsp (roasted)
Red / Green Chillies - 5 nos (roasted)
Salt to taste
Tamarind - small qty
For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig |

METHOD
- Grind the Cilantro, Chillies, tamarind, roasted channa dal, salt to a fine paste.
- Heat the oil and when it is hot, add the mustard seeds and urad dhal, when the seeds, finishes spluttering, add the curry leaves.
- Quickly stir the mustard seed mixture into the grinded mixture.
- Serve it with Idlis, Dosas etc.
