Ingredients:
Raw mangoes - 1
Salt to taste
Oil - 500 ml
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Urad Dhal - 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 3 tbsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig |

METHOD
- Clean the raw mangoes in water and dry them with a clean cloth.
- Cut them into pieces of 1/2 inche in size and remove the seed.
- Now add salt, chilli powder to the mango pieces and mix it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, and allow it to splutter then add asafoetida, Urad dhal and curry leaves.
- Mix it well with the mango pieces.
- Serve with Curd rice, Sambar Rice etc.
