Ingredients:
Garlic - 20 cloves
Red chillies - 20 (roasted)
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt to Taste
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp |

METHOD
- Saute the garlic in oil.
- Grind the garlic, red chilli and salt to a fine paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, allow it to splutter, then add the Urad dhal and fry it.
- Add the mixture in the pan and fry till the raw smell goes.
- Serve hot with Idlis, Dosas etc.
