Ingredients:
Ginger - 1 cup (Grated)
Oil - 50 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Fenugreek Powder - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and alow it to splutter.
- Then add asafoetida, fenugreek seed powder.
- Now add the grated ginger, Salt, Chilli powder.
- Fry till the water gets dry.
