Ingredients:
Lemon - 20 nos
Salt - 50 gms
Oil - 100 ml
Mustard seeds - 25 gms
Red chilli powder - 50 gms
Asafoetida - 1 tbsp

METHOD
- Clean the lemon in water and dry them with a clean cloth.
- Cut them into pieces of 1 inches in size and remove the seed.
- Now add salt the lemon pieces and keep it in sunlight for 4 - 5 days till the water gets dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, and allow it to splutter then add asafoetida.
- Now add 100ml of water to the pan and add the chilli powder.
- Boil it till the oil gets separated.
- When it gets cool add the mango pieces to the pan and store it in a container.
