Ingredients:
Small Onions - 2 cup (chopped)
Garlic - 7 cloves
Red chillies - 5 nos
Salt to Taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig |

METHOD
- Heat oil, fry chilies, garlic and the onions, till golden brown.
- Grind the mixture with salt to a fine paste.
- Heat the oil and when it is hot, add the mustard seeds and urad dhal, when the seeds, finishes spluttering, add the grounded mixture.
- Fry it till the raw smell goes.
- Serve hot with Idlis, Dosas etc.
