Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 10 nos
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar - 20 ml
Red chillies - 15 nos
Ginger - 1 cup (Chopped)
Garlic - 1 cup (Chopped)
Oil - 150 ml
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds- 1 tsp

METHOD
- Cut the tomaotes in to 1/2 inch pieces, put turmeric and salt on them keep them in 10 ml of vinegar for about 2 hours.
- Grind together the garlic, ginger, red chillies and 1/2 tsp of the mustard, with a little vinegar.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
- When the mustard finish spluttering, add the fenugreek seed.
- Fry for 2 minutes and then add the Grinded mixture and saute well for over 10 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes and stir continuously till the oil gets separted.
- Store it in a clean bottle.
