CURD RICE

 
 
 
Curd Rice

Ingredients:


Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 inch (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Green chilies - 1-2
Cooked Rice - 3 Cup
Salt to taste
Curd - 2 cups
Milk - 1/4 cup
 
 

METHOD


  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to the oil.
  • When the mustard seeds start popping add Channa and Urad dhal.
  • After a minute, add in the ginger, coriander and green chilies and fry for some time.
  • Add these to the rice. Then add salt, curd and milk.
  • Mix it well and serve it with pickle or some fries.
