Ingredients:
Rice - 2 cups
Oil - 3 tsp
Cloves - 3 nos
Cinnamon - 3 small pieces
Curry leaves - a sprig
Green chillies - 3 nos (chopped)
Onion - 3 nos (finely chopped)
Ginger, Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Fresh Peas - 1/2 cup
Mixed Veggies - 1 cup (finely chopped)
(Carrot, Beans, Potato)
Water - 4 cups
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - small qty |

METHOD
- Heat Oil in a pan, add clove, cinnamon, add curry leaves and green chillies and fry for some times.
- Add onions and fry it till it turns to golden brown then add ginger garlic paste and fry for some time.
- Add peas, chopped vegetables and salt and fry for some time
- Add water to the mix and add rice and cook it in a pressure cooker.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
