Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 3 cups
Lemons - 4 nos
Oil - 10 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - a sprig
Channa Dhal - 1/4 cup
Green chilies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Extract the juice from the lemon and remove the seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and allow to splutter, then add curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, Channa dhal and green chillies fry it.
- Take it off from the flame and add lemon juice and salt, stir well.
- Mix well with the boiled rice.
