Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Oil - 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 1 tsp Pea Nuts - 2 tsp
Asafoetida powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Raw Mango - 1 nos (grated)
Salt to taste

METHOD
- Heat Oil in a pan, season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves.
- Fry Urad dhal, Channa dhal till it turns golden brown color.
- Add Asafoetida, splitted red chillies and turmeric powder.
- Add the grated mango to the pan and add salt.
- Cook for a few minutes on a medium heat till the mango is done.
- Mix with rice and serve hot.
