Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 3 cups
Oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 3 nos (finely chopped)
Garlic - 5 cloves
Onion - 3 nos (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Fresh Coriander - (finely chopped) |

METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, and green chilies into it and let splutter.
- Now add the garlic and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Put in the sliced onions and saute till they are golden in color
- Add the salt put in the rice and mix well.
- Garnish it with chopped coriander and serve hot.
