Ingredients:
Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Oil - 50 ml
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal- 1 tsp
Channa dha l- 1 tspPea Nuts - 3 tbsp
Red chilies - 4 nos (splitted)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Tamarind extract - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Rice - 4 cups |

METHOD
- Roast Coriander, Fenugreek and Sesame seeds and grind to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add urad dhal, channa dhal, pea nuts and fry till turns to golden brown color.
- Add red chilies, tamarind powder, Asafoetida and fry few minutes.
- Add tamarind extract and salt. Allow it to boil till the oil gets separated from it.
- Add the ground spice powder and mix well.
- Mix it with rice and serve hot.
