Ingredients:
Rice - 3 cups
Oil - 10 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Channa dhal - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Red Chillies - 3 nos
Green Chillies - 2nos
Onion - 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 5 nos (finely chopped)
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Fry Channa dhal, Urad dhal till it turns brown color add curry leaves, Green chillies, red chillies.
- Fry onions in oil till it turns golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes salt and cook till the oil gets separately from the tomato mix.
- Mix cooked rice with the mix and serve hot.
