Ingredients:
Channa flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil - for Deep frying Vegetables any of these - Raw Banana, Cauliflower, Potato, Onions, washed and thinly sliced |

METHOD
- Make a paste with Channa flour, Rice flour, Chilli powder, Asafoetida and salt.
- Coat the vegetables in this batter, and deep fry it in oil.
