Ingredients:
Milk - 1 cup
Carrots - 3 cups (grated)
Ghee - 50 ml
Sugar - 3 cup
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Nuts - 15 nos

METHOD
- Heat milk to boiling and add the grated carrots.
- Cook till liquid is almost gone, stirring to prevent sticking and burning.
- Add ghee and cook more stirring often.
- Now add the powdered milk and sugar and cook till all the liquid gets dry.
- Fry the nuts in ghee and to the mix.
