Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:


Milk - 1 cup
Carrots - 3 cups (grated)
Ghee - 50 ml
Sugar - 3 cup
Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Nuts - 15 nos
 
 

METHOD


  • Heat milk to boiling and add the grated carrots.
  • Cook till liquid is almost gone, stirring to prevent sticking and burning.
  • Add ghee and cook more stirring often.
  • Now add the powdered milk and sugar and cook till all the liquid gets dry.
  • Fry the nuts in ghee and to the mix.
