Ingredients:
Channa dhal - 1 cup
Thuvar dhal - 1/2 cup
Red chilles - 3 nos
Green chilles - 6 nos
Ginger - 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
Onions - 2 nos (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander - small qty (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil - for Deep frying |

METHOD
- Soak the dhals for 1 hour in water.
- Grind this dhals with salt and red chillies coarsely.
- Now add green chilles, ginger, onions, curry leaves, and coriander to the coarse mix.
- Make small balls, flat it and deep fry in oil.
