Ingredients:
Milk - 4 cups
Fresh Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Milk Powder - 5 tsp
Powdered Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 50 ml
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp |

METHOD
- Boil the milk and sour it by adding the lemon juice. Hang it up in a muslin cloth to drain for 3 hours.
- Now take milk solids, mix this well with the milk powder and sugar.
- Heat ghee in a heavy pan and add mixture.
- Stir well in the fire until the ghee separates.
- Remove from the heat and mix the cardamom powder and allow it to cool slightly and blend it.
- Put into a flat cake and cool completely.
- Cut into squares and decorate it with silver foil if need.
