Ingredients:
Bengal Gram Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cups
Ghee - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup |

METHOD
- Mix the flour with a little ghee. Heat the sugar in water till reaches a ball consistency.
- Add the flour to the sugar syrup by stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- When it is well mixed add ghee.
- Cook till the mixture ghee separates.
- Apply Ghee on a plate and spread out it.
- When finished cut the mysore pak.
