Ingredients:
Channa flour - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1 cup
Ghee - 3 tsp
Onions - 2 (length wise chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch (finely chopped)
Green chilles - 4 nos (chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cashews - 20 nos
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Coriander - small qty (finely chopped)
Asafoetida - a pinch
Salt - 1 t.spoon
Oil - for Deep frying |

METHOD
- Mix channa flour, rice flour, Ghee, chopped onions, Ginger, Green Chillies, Red chilli powder, Cashews, Curry Leaves, Coriander, Asafoetida and salt.
- Make it in to small balls and deep fry in oil.
