CHICKEN SOUP

 
 
 
Chicken Soup, Chicken Stock

Ingredients:


Butter - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 no
Chicken pieces with bones - 300 gms
Water - 500 ml
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2 nos
 
 

METHOD


  • Heat butter in a large pot. Add one chopped onion fry it till turns golden color.
  • Add chicken pieces to the pot. Fry well for about 10 minutes.
  • Mean while boil the water in a vessel.
  • Now add the water to the pot add salt, pepper powder and bay leaves.
  • Now simmer the flame, then cover  and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Now filter and serve the chicken soup.
