Ingredients:
Crab - 1/2 kg
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafetida - a pinch
Bay leaf - 2 nos
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 no (chopped)
Curry leaves - a sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water - 2 cups

METHOD
- Cook the crab with salt and remove the cartilage.
- Heat butter in a pan fry cumin seeds and add asafetida, bay leaf to that.
- Add onion and fry it till turns golden brown colour, add tomatoes and saute it well.
- Now add the cooked crabs, pepper, curry leaves and coriander leaves to that and cook for a min.
- Add water to the pan and add salt, simmer the flame for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove the bay leaf and serve hot.
