Ingredients:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Asafetida - a pinch
Tomatoes - 4 nos (finely chopped)
Mint leaves - 3 sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Pepper - 1 tsp

METHOD
- Heat butter in a pan fry cumin seeds and add asafetida.
- Add tomatoes to that and fry till it blends.
- Now add mint leaves and coriander leaves to that.
- Add salt, pepper and water and allow it to boil for 10 mins.
- Cool it and grind the tomatoes in a mixer and filter it to separate seeds and skin.
- Serve hot.
