Ingredients:
Carrot - 1 no
Tomato - 1 no
Potato - 1 no
Beans - 4 nos
Small onion - 50 gm
Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tso
Green chill - half (chopped)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - a sprig
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Corn flour or maida - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp

METHOD
- Cut vegetables into fine pieces.
- Cut onion finely.
- Heat butter in a pan add ginger garlic paste and fry.
- Add vegetables, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and corn flour or maida and saute for 5 min.
- Now add 6 cups of water and let it boil.
- When the vegetables are cooked, add pepper powder.
- Heat oil in another pan and add onions to that and fry till turns to golden brown colour.
- Transfer the fried onions to the soup and serve hot.
