Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Curd - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger - Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Garam Masala powder - 1 tbsp
Oil - 50 ml
Onion - 1 no (finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 nos (finely chopped)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped

METHOD
- Clean, wash the chicken. Take a bowl mix curd, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, ginger-garlic paste & garam masala powder. Coat the chicken with this and marinade for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker saute onions to golden brown then add remaining ginger - garlic paste stir for a second then add cut pieces of tomatoes, salt and then add the marinated chicken to it fry for 1 min.
- Add all Coriander powder masalas to the chicken and add 1 cup of water cook till the chicken gets cooked well.
- Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve hot.
