Ingredients:
Chicken pieces - 1 kg
Oil – 50 ml
Jeera (Cumin) seeds - 2 tbsp
Grated coconut - 1 cups
Garlic - 10 pods
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Fresh Ginger - 1 tsp grated |

METHOD
- Clean the chicken pieces and place it in a pan, cover with water and bring to boil. When chicken is tender then drain the water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, coconut, garlic, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, ginger and curry leaves. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and some water.
- Bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes.
