EGG CURRY

 
 
 
Egg Curry

Ingredients:


Eggs - 4 (hard boiled)
Onion – 1 nos
Ginger – 1/2 inches
Garlic – 4 nos
Green chilies – 2 nos
Oil - 5 tbsp
Tomato – 1 nicely chopped
Red chili powder – 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
Salt To Taste
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
 
 

METHOD


  • Remove the shell of boiled eggs & keep aside.
  • Grind onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies to fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.
  • Now add tomato and Red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala fry for a minute and add. Fry till it starts leaving oil.
  • Add a cup of water and cook till it dry's.
  • Now add the boiled eggs.
  • Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil and reduce the flame.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish egg curry with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with parota, chapathi or rice.
