Ingredients:
Toor Dhall - 1 Cup
Channa Dhall - 1/4 Cup
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Corriander Seeds - 2 tsp
Red Chillies - 3 nos
Methi - 1/4 tsp
Urad Dhall - 1/4 tsp
Hing (Asafoetida) - a pinch
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Mixed Vegetable - 300 gms (choped)
Tamarind water - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste |

METHOD
- Cook Toor dhall, channa dhall, turmeric with extra water and separate the two, and keep them aside.
- Fry corriander seeds, red chillies, methi, channa dhall, urad dhall, and asafoetida in little oil.
- Add the coconut and wet grind this mixture.
- Cook the vegetable in Toor dhall water.
- Add some tamarind paste or tamarind water, turmeric and salt to this.
- After this is cooked add the ground paste and boil until the flavour comes out.
