Ingredients:
Oil - 5 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2 nos
Cloves - 2 nos
Cardamom - 2 nos
Onions - 2 nos
Green chilies - 2 nos
Garlic - 3 pods
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Mixed Vegetables - 2 Cups
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Grated Coconut - 3 tbsp
Khus-Khus (poppy seeds) - 1 tsp |

METHOD
- Take a pan heat oil. Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onions and green chilies and fry till onions turn brown.
- Make garlic and ginger to paste add and fry for a minute.
- Add vegetables and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of Water and add coriander powder, turmeric powder to cook.
- Add coconut paste, khus-khus, salt and wait until cooked.
