Ingredients:
Carrot - 2 nos (finely chopped)
Oil - 4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Green chili – 3 nos
Curry leaves – a sprig
Coconut - 1/2 cup (finely grated)
Salt to taste

METHOD
- Cut carrot into fine pieces.
- Heat the pan with the oil add mustard seeds and urad dhal and green chili and curry leaves.
- Add the chopped carrot, salt, water and cook till carrot get soft.
- Now add the grated coconut, and fry for a min.
- Note: Beans, peas, cabbage, can be also made instead of carrot.
