Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 500 gms
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
Urad dhal - 2 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Red chillies - 7 nos Coconut - 1/2 cup (finely grated) |

METHOD
- Chop the cauliflower into florets and clean it and wash in warm water.
- Cook the florets in water with salt, and filter the water and take the florets from that.
- Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, add asafetida powder, urad dhal, curry leaves and red chillies and fry till the dhals turns to golden brown color.
- Add the cooked cauliflower florets. Stir and cover for some time.
- Add the grated coconut to that and serve it.
