Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg (boneless)
Ginger, Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tbsp,
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg - 1 no
Oil - to deep fry |

METHOD
- Clean the chicken with water and take it in a bowl.
- Mix the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, cornflour, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Break one egg and mix till the egg coats the chicken.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add chicken few at a time and fry until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot.
