CHICKEN TIKKA

 
 
 
Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:


Boneless chicken - 1/2 kg
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Curd - 200 gms
Red chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - For deep frying
 
 

METHOD


  • Cut chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and apply lemon juice and leave it.
  • Beat Curd in a bowl add remaining all the ingredients except oil.
  • Mix well and then keep the chicken pieces in this marinate for about 30 mins.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add chicken pieces few at a time and fry until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and serve hot.
