Ingredients:
Oil – 25 ml
Green Chilli - 4 nos
Onion - 2 nos (finely chopped)
Potato - 1/2 kg (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Egg - 5 nos
Salt to taste

METHOD
- Heat oil in pan, add green chillies and onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add potato, salt and cook it till gets half cooked.
- Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder and stir.
- When the potato is fully cooked add Break eggs in a vessel and mix well.
- Add the eggs to the potato and mix it well and sauté for a minute.
- Serve it hot as side dish for rice.
