MUTTON FRY

 
 
 
Mutton Fry

Ingredients:


Mutton - 1/2 kg (boneless)
Ginger, Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 2tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - 3 tbsp,
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Egg - 1 no
Oil to fry
 
 

METHOD


  • Cut the mutton in to cubes, clean it with water and take it in a bowl.
  • Mix the mutton with ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, cornflour, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Break one egg and mix till the egg coats the mutton.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add mutton few at a time and fry until lightly golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and serve hot.
