Ingredients:
Potato - 1/2 kg
Oil - 50 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dhal - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Sambar powder - 3 tsp |

METHOD
- Cut the Potatoes in to thin round sliced.
- Fry mustard seeds in the oil in a pan.
- Add Urad dhal and channa dhal, fry it till it turns golden brown color.
- Now add the sliced potatoes to the pan and fry for a minute.
- Now add Salt to the potatoes, and fry it till potatoes half cooked.
- Then add the sambar powder and turmeric powder to that and cook well.
- Serve with Sambar rice, Rasam or Curd rice.
