Ingredients:
Potato - 1/2 kg
Oil - 5 tbsp
Urud dhal - 2 tsp
Channa Dhal - 2 tsp
Green chillies - 2 nos
Sambar powder - 3 tsp
Onion - 1 nos (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

METHOD
- Cook potato with some salt and turmeric powder and peel the skin and mash them well.
- Heat Oil in a pan and then add the mustard seeds, urad dhal and Chana dhal and fry it till the dhal turns golden brown color.
- Then add the green chillies and fry it, add the onions and fry it well, then add the potatoes along with sambar powder and salt.
- Mix them well and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
