Eat healthy, look beautiful

1. Eat warm and cooked foods. A piping hot soup works wonders to beat the winter chill.

2. Drink plenty of warm water. Switch to green tea or herb/ spice tea instead of coffee. The importance of drinking 8-12 glasses of water a day applies to all as there is no substitute to this elixir of life!

3. Include fruits, veggies and nuts in your diet. These antioxidant-rich portions maintain and enhance the youthful glow of your skin and also keep your hair strong and healthy.

4. Abstain from excessive tea, coffee, alcohol and foods with high salt content. Such foods lead to skin dehydration and dryness.
