Fresh grated coconut - 1 full
Red chillies - 7
Thil - 1 tbsp ( ellu)
Urid dhal
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt
Tamarind - small size

Tempering
Mustard seeds, Asafoetida, urad dhal - 1 tbsp

Method
Heat a pan dry roast the thil ( ellu). Keep aside. Add oil roast chillies and urad dhal.now add coconut to the dry ingredients and grind it to fine paste with little water.add the tempering.

NOTE : muthina thengai na Sakka Sakka ya irukum.kanisam kaanaadhu. maiyaagvuuse medium illasu thengai.if u r taking out of fridge or freezer add some warm water while grinding.
