    Banana milkshake :-

    Things required :-
    ============
    Banana 2
    Milk a cup
    Sugar/honey and tspn
    elaichi - 2

    Method :-
    =======
    Blend everything together using a blender and serve by topping with nuts/butterscotch chips/choco chips...
    If needed we can serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream

    Dal recipe with masoor dal :-

    1. Firstly, pressure cook masoor dal, onion, grenn chilli, tomato, turmeric, chilli powder. Additional veggies is your choice. I add some carrots .
    (You can very well add any keerai. Say palak, methi etc.,)

    2. Now its time for tadka. In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, dry red chilli, crushed garlic. Add these into your dal. You can prefer ghee instead of oil for nice

    Fruit Shake :-

    Here is a milkshake to o maintain their weight, a healthy one !!!!.

    In a blender, add muskmelon pieces, milk, dates (2-3), panamkalkandu (in place of sugar).

    This fruit helps to control blood pressure and strengthens eyes. A very good drink for kids.
